Any photo or video you submit:


• must be your personal work or that of someone for whom you are an agent.


• must be in .png, .gif, .jpg, .mpg, .mov, .wmv, .heic, jpeg, .m4v, .mp4, .3gp format.


• total uploads may not exceed 1gb in size.


• must not contain copyrighted material (except as owned by you, the photographer).


• must not contain malicious code.


I waive any rights, claims or interests I may have to control the use of my identity or likeness in the photographs, digital images, video or film and agree that any uses described herein may be made without compensation.


You retain ownership and copyright of your photo or video. You grant Princeton Band Boosters permission to use and display your photo and videos on the Princeton Community Bands website, mobile apps, galleries, donation/fundraisers and social media.


Princeton Band Boosters cannot guarantee that your photo or video will not be copied by unauthorized individuals or groups.


Princeton Band Boosters reserves the right to deny or remove your photo and video at any time.
