8:15 Report time for rehearsal

8:30 Rehearsal begins

11:30 Lunch

12:30 Rehearsal resumes

1:25 Parent Prop helpers rehearsal with band

1:45 Dismiss rehearsal. (Load equipment, hydrate, food)

3:00 Leave PCHS for Evansville Central

3:45 Arrive at Evansville Central (unload equipment, restrooms, snack, uniforms on)

4:50 Transit to Music Warm-Up

5:03 Begin Warm Up

5:33 Transit to Field for Performance

5:45 p.m. PERFORMANCE

7:15 Change out of uniforms. Load. Watch the remaining bands as a group.

7:00 AWARDS 

7:30 Score recap at buses.

7:45 Depart for PCHS

8:30 Return to PCHS and unload equipment. EVERYONE HELPS!

Ticket Prices: Adults $8.00 – Students $6.00

Students that are not riding the bus home after the contest must have a signed permission note from their parent/guardian. 

As we begin our competitive marching season, remember that we are always competing against ourselves first and foremost. Trophies and awards look great, however, working hard and improving as a group is always most important. If we always try to make ourselves better, then success and winning will be a byproduct of our efforts.
