| 10:45 | Depart for Decatur Central High School |
| 2:45 | Arrive at Decatur Central High School (bathrooms, unload, uniforms) |
| 4:00 | Transit to Physical Warm-Up A |
| 4:05 | Physical Warm-up Begins |
| 4:20 | Transit to Music Warm-Up |
| 4:25 | Music Warm-Up Begins |
| 4:55 | Transit to Field for Performance |
| 5:15 | PERFORMANCE!!!! |
| 5:30 | Return to trucks, load, change out of uniform. Watch the remaining bands. |
| 7:00 | Awards – SENIOR RETREAT |
| 7:30 | Report back to buses for loading/recap/pizza party. |
| There will be pizza provided by the band boosters for students, staff, and prop personnel after the show at the buses/trucks. | |
