5:10 a.m.         Door 10 Opens

5:15 Report Time for Rehearsal – Front ensemble will load equipment.

5:25                 Rehearsal begins 

6:00                 Dismiss rehearsal. (Load equipment, hydrate, breakfast)

6:30 Leave PCHS for Center Grove High School

10:30 a.m. EST   Arrive at Center Grove (unload equipment, restrooms, snack, uniforms on)

11:40                 Transit to Physical Warm-Up B

11:50                 Physical Warm-Up 

12:05                 Transit to Music Warm-Up Area B

12:15                 Begin Music Warm Up

12:45                 Transit to Field for Performance

1:00 p.m. EST PERFORMANCE

1:15                 Load. Change out of uniforms.

2:15 p.m. AWARDS

2:45 Depart for PCHS

4:45 p.m. CST   Return to PCHS and unload equipment. EVERYONE HELPS!        

We must place in the top 10 out of the 12 bands in our class to advance to Semi State on October 21st @ Decatur Central.
