For Spectators: Alumni Stadium is NOT located at the high school. It is located in the middle of town. In the event of heavy rain, the contest would then be moved to the high school.

9:00 a.m.        Door 10 Opens

9:15                Report time for Rehearsal

9:30                Rehearsal begins

1:00                Dismiss rehearsal. (Load equipment, eat lunch, rest)

2:30                Leave PCHS for Jasper

4:45 EST        Arrive at Jasper (unload equipment, restrooms, snack, uniforms on)

6:05                Physical Warm-Up Area B

6:20                Transit to Music Warm-Up Area B

6:25                Begin Music Warm Up

6:55                Transit to Field for Performance

7:15  EST        PERFORMANCE  

7:30                Load. Put instruments away, change out of uniforms

8:45                AWARDS 

9:00                Recap on the track/10 yard line

9:15                Depart for PCHS

9:00 CST        Return to PCHS and unload equipment. EVERYONE HELPS!

* This contest is hosted by ISSMA. It is NOT a qualifier for Open Class bands, but an opportunity for us to go through the process of what we will experience at our upcoming qualifiers: Regionals, Semi State and State Finals.
