8:00 AM – Door #10 Opens

8:15 AM – Report Time

8:30 AM – Rehearsal Begins

10:45 AM – Dismiss Rehearsal (Load Equipment, Hydrate, Food)

12:00 PM – Depart PCHS for Greenwood

4:00 PM EST – Arrive at Greenwood (Unload Equipment, Restrooms, Snack, Uniforms On)

5:15 PM – Transit to Physical Warm-Up

5:20 PM – Physical Warm-Up Begins

5:35 PM – Transit to Music Warm-Up Area A

5:40 PM – Begin Music Warm-Up

6:10 PM – Transit to Field for Performance

6:30 PM – PERFORMANCE

6:45 PM – Change Out of Uniforms, Load, Watch Other Bands as Group

9:00 PM – AWARDS

9:20 PM – Score Recap at Buses

9:30 PM – Depart Greenwood for PCHS

11:30 PM CST – Return to PCHS and unload equipment. EVERYONE HELPS!

Students that are not riding the bus home after the contest must have a signed permission note from their parent/guardian.
