Volunteers are the life-blood of the Princeton Band Boosters. Parents, Alumni, and other interested Community Patrons: We would LOVE for you to start Making A Difference and become involved as a volunteer!
It is our mission to keep the cost of student participation in all Princeton Band programs affordable for all families. We constantly strive to balance the challenge of keeping the cost manageable, with maintaining the level of excellence required to ensure the best experience, opportunity and enrichment that music and the performing arts provide to students, parents and the Princeton Community. One way we accomplish this is by having volunteers who can provide their time, knowledge, and other resources; otherwise, we would have to pay outside individuals and business to accomplish our program’s needs.
The learning experience students gain from participation in the Princeton Band programs include; honor and having respect for oneself and others; the value of teamwork, a strong work ethic and being goal oriented. These are skills the students of the Princeton Band programs will utilize as they pursue future endeavors and become contributing members of our society.
It is our belief, that no student should be excluded from this fine arts program due to a family’s financial hardship. You can have a direct impact by helping keep our costs low by volunteering a little time, while helping to form the foundation that will guide these kids to becoming stronger citizens of tomorrow.
